Grace Kelly, Cary Grant, Jesse Royce Landis, John Williams
Directed by Alfred Hitchock
Available to stream on Amazon Prime
Mix up a refreshing Tom Collins and travel to the Mediterranean with glamorous Grace Kelly and dashing Cary Grant in this classic about a beautiful American heiress who meets a reformed cat burglar on the 1950's French Riviera.

Why we love it: Gorgeous Grace Kelly, gorgeous Cary Grant, gorgeous Mediterranean scenery - what more do you need??
This is one of Alfred Hitchcock's lighter and more comedic films, though it still has some mystery and suspense. The solving of the mystery is a bit of a let-down, but the very last scene with Grace and Cary is a classic. Watch this movie again and again on the biggest TV you have so you can enjoy the gorgeous scenery and the stars' glamorous wardrobes.

Interesting Facts:
Grace Kelly met her future husband, Prince Rainier, while shooting this film.
The reckless drive she takes with Cary in the car is on the same road where she died in 1982 in the car with her daughter Princess Stephanie.

Featured cocktail:
Tom Collins
Though not featured specifically in this film, the Tom Collins was a popular American drink in 1955.
15 ml (1 Tbsp) fresh lemon juice
15 ml (1 Tbsp) sugar syrup
60 ml (2 oz) gin
150-180 ml (5-6 oz) club soda

Shake gin, lemon juice, and sugar syrup with ice. Strain into a tall ice-filled glass. Add club soda and stir briefly and gently. Garnish with lemon or other fresh fruit of your choice.
To make it a mocktail, just leave out the gin!
